介绍了美标H309×102×6／9试轧与生产的过程，对第一次生产中出现的问题进行了分析，提出了改进措施并加以实施。在第二次生产中，采取了BD前二次高压水除鳞和精轧前高压水除鳞的方案，表面质量得到了较大的提高。

The trial rolling and production of ASTM H309×102×6×9 section is described. An analysis was made on the problems occrurred in the first time of trial production, and improvement measures were put forward and carried out. In the second time of production, it was adopted the process of second high hydraulic water descaling ahead of BD and ahead of finished rolling, which improves product surface quality much better.
