摘要
针对氨水处理存在的问题,提出了“焦化废水零排放”方案。通过采用气浮除油技术、蒸氨废水及饱和蒸汽加热后进蒸氨塔等措施,提高了蒸氨效果。在生化处理阶段,处理后废水一部分去熄焦,剩余部分用做生化稀释水,实现了焦化废水零排放的目标。
In light of the problems existing in ammonia water treatment process, coking waste water zero discharge scheme was put forward. By means of using air buoyancy to remove oil, piping waste water from ammonia distillation and saturated steam into the ammonia distillation tower after reheated , the efficiency of ammonia distillation is improved. In the biological treatment, some of the treated waste is used to quench coke and the other as diluting water, so that the target of coking waste water zero discharge is attained.
