全干式高炉煤气余压透平发电装置(TRT)在莱钢的应用

摘要 简要介绍了全干式高炉煤气余压透平发电装置(TRT)在莱钢的应用情况,从系统组成、工艺流程和采取的先进技术、使用效益等方面进行探讨。作为首台全干式高炉煤气余压回收透平发电技术在菜钢的成功应用,开辟了节能技术的新天地,既回收了浪费在减压阀组上的能量而变成电能,同时又改善了高炉顶压的调节品质,还降低了噪音,减少了环境污染,为莱钢进一步推广TRT发电技术积累了丰富的实践经验。 It is introduced the application of total dry top recovery turbine equipment ( hereinafter as TRT) in Laiwu Steel, discussed from the aspects of system configuration, process flow, advanced technologies used and application benefit. As the first set of TRT successfully applied in Laiwu Steel, it creates the new field of energy saving technology, not only recovers the energy wasted on pressure reduction valves to generate electric power, but also improves the adjusting performance of high-top pressure, meanwhile lowers noises and reduces pollution, which accumulates abundant practical experience for further promoting and expanding the technology of TRT power generation.
