湿式预选工艺的研究与应用

破碎粒度降至10mm，利用湿式预选工艺将细粒级岩石提前抛尾不进入球磨选别流程，入磨品位由42％提高到了47％左右，提高入磨矿品位5％，增加有效处理量，从而提高铁精矿产量。

With wet pre-concentration technique, the fine crashed rock grains of smaller than 10mm in diameter will be withdrew into tailing pile ahead of delivered into ball grinder, so the ore inleted into the grinder is graded from 42% up to 47% around with an improvement of 5% , so that the effective grinding volume is increased, consequently the output of iron ore concentration is raised.
