本系统包含远程物资计量、能源计量和质量检验三方面网络管理系统，并进行了优化整合。实现了无人值守，无单据传递，无缺陷运行的物流全新管理模式，通过流程再造，实现了人流、物流和信息流的三流合一。

This system consists of three network management systems of remote material weighing and measuring, energy measuring and quality inspection , and this system is optimized and integrated to have realized the whole new logistic management of no-body duty , no-bill transferring and no-defect operation. Through process reconstruction, the three flows of human resources , logistics and information are integrated into one flow.
