天然产物中有机硒的分析

Determination of Organic Selenium from Natural Products

对天然产物中有机硒的分析方法进行了简要论述.研究了用原子荧光法(AFS)测定天然产物酸枣中有机硒的方法,选择了最佳仪器工作条件及化学试剂用量.方法检出限为0.57μg/L,线性范围为0～100μg/L,相关系数r=0.9997,回收率为91.75%～110.50%,变异系数小于2.024%.

The determinated methods of organic selenium from natural products were concisely introduced. A method has been developed for the determination of organic selenium in honeis of natural product by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The effects of the instrumental and chemical parameters on atomic fluoresceoce signal of selenium had been studied and optimum condition recommended. The detection limit of the method was 0.57 ng/mL, A good linear relationship between the concentrations in 0 -100 ng/mL with if was found and correlation coefficient 0.999 7, the recovery of the method was 91.75% - 110.50% and the coefficient of variation was 2. 024% （ n = 9）.
