摘要
研究了热回流法、索氏提取法和超声波提取法的水飞蓟中总黄酮类化合物的提取工艺,并使用正交实验确定了最佳提取条件.结果表明最佳提取条件为:样品量322.8g,试剂用量330mL,浸泡时间27.8h提取温度0℃,提取时间1.13h.
To study the thermal recovery extraction, soxhlets extraction and ultrasonic extraction of extraction techniques for general flavonoids in Silytum Marianum Genrtn, the optimal conditions were given through orthogonal experimental design on the bases of relevant data from ultrasonic extraction. The best conditions for the extraction techniques were： sample weight 332. 8 g, the quantities of the reagent 330 mL, soaked time 27.8 h, extracting temperature 0℃ and extracting time 1.13 h.
