摘要
民族地区素质教育应结合各民族地区的实际和民族自身特点进行教育;要从中小学基础教育抓起,直到大中专等各层次相互衔接,层层抓紧;要以思想政治道德素质教育为核心,全面提高学生的创新精神、实践能力及各学科的素质,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质复合型人才。
Owing to the influence of test - oriented education, and the lack of understanding the significance of quality - oriented education and attaching importance to it, the quality - oriented education in minority areas in west China has lagged far behind. The quality - oriented education in minority areas should be carried out according to the actual situation and characteristics of each region, from primary schools, middle schools to colleges or universities and surrounding moral education in order to cultivate students' iunovational spirit, improve their practical ability and all - round quality and make compound high - quality talents out of them.
