职业指导是一项综合性的社会服务活动,必须坚持以人为本的原则。在职业指导中必须深刻理解人本服务的基本内涵,突出人的主体地位,满足人的不同需要,促进人的全面发展,开展主动服务、个性化服务、真情服务、高效服务,努力为求职者创造优良的环境和条件,促进社会经济和人的全面发展。

Occupational guidance is a comprehensive social service, which needs people- oriented principle, that is to say, a good grip of its basic contents, stress on the principal status of people, satisfaction to different needs of people, improvement of people＇ s all round development and expansion of active service, individualized service, emotional service, high effective service to create a good environment and conditions for job hunters and boost all round development of social economy and people.
