在“西部大开发”的大环境下实现经济与生态环境保护的协调发展,成为一个重要的问题。介绍了西部地区的生态环境问题及生态环境恶化的主要后果,提出生态环境保护的主要对策和引入绿色GDP核算体系。

Under the great environment of the Western Development, it is a big problem to realize harmonious development between economy and protection of ecological ,environment. The paper introduces problems of western ecological environment and main consequences of its deterioration, and then puts forward countermeasures and introduees the green GDP accounting system.
