摘要
通过对白桦的根系用激素进行处理,及对白桦生根过程中主要内源激素的测定,认为使用激素的种类和剂量对其根生长影响显著.其中以IAA×200 mg/L×6 h效果最佳.
Hormones treatment, which affect on root of Betula platyphylla and the primary endogenous hormones determination of Betula platyphylla＇ s period of taking root are studied.The result shows thatvarious hormones and irradiations affect obviously on root growth. IAA × 200 mg/L × 2 h is optimum.
