摘要
酸乳是当今众多发酵乳产品中最为流行的乳制品,但在我国的历史较短,不少人对其并不了解。本文对目前市场上酸乳的种类,酸乳及其乳酸菌在增强人体对牛乳营养物质的吸收,维护人体肠道微生态平衡,抑菌抗病,分解毒素等方面的作用进行了介绍。
Yogurt is one of the most popular fermented dairy products, but its history is not very long in China, many people know little about it. In tis paper, a brief introduction of yogurt is presented, including its elassifieation, function and benefit to human health.
