摘要
中国传统价值系统具有重群体轻个体的特征。中国社会实行了几十年的计划经济体制进一步强化了这种观念和模式,并对体育教师的教育创新产生了一定的负面影响。我国的社会主义市场经济,现行的各种制度为教育创新、个性化教育提供了极好的机遇。
The traditional Chinese value system has the feature of taking group seriously and individual lightly. The planned economy system, having been adopted by china for decades, has enforced the idea and system, which has passive influence on education innovations of physical teachers. Chinese socialist market economy and various present systems provide good oppol^unities for education innovations and individual teaching.
