摘要
目的探索大学生中蠕形螨的感染现状,并观察抗蚴灵(邻苯二甲酸二丁酯乳化液,简称OP乳化液)的治疗效果。方法采用透明胶纸带粘贴法检查面部的蠕形螨并统计其总感染率和男女之间的感染率,并对寄生部位及有面部皮肤疾病患者的带螨状况进行了研究。结果在校大学生的总感染率为33.28%(239/718),男性(43.53%)的感染率明显高于女性(25.18%)(χ2=26.83,P<0.005)。脸部以颊部感染率最高(69%),其次顺序为颏部(58%),前额(50%),鼻沟(50%)和鼻尖部(40%)。面部有皮肤病患者的感染率(80.64%)明显高于正常人群的感染率(26.66%)(χ2=17.89,P<0.005)。采用OP乳化液治疗感染者,其阴转率达92.72%,治疗有皮肤疾病患者的有效率为92.0%。结论在校大学生中蠕形螨的感染率较高,且男性多于女性。面部有皮肤病者螨的感染率更高,脸部以颊部的感染率最高。OP乳化液治疗蠕形螨病不仅疗效好,且安全、可靠。
Objective To probe the Demodex infection state in undergraduates and observe the curative effect of Di-n-bytyl phthalate OP emulsion (OP emulsion). Methods Demodex were detected by cello- phane tape method. The overall infection rate in medical students and the infection rate between male and female were investiation. The infection rate of 5 facial parasitic locations and the studends with facial dermatogic diseases were also surveyed. Results The overall infection rate was 33.28% in 718 medical students. The infection rate of male(43.53%) was higher than that of femal (25.18%) (X^2=26.83, P〈0.005). The positive cases on cheeks, chin, forehead, nosal groove and nose were respectively 100 with a infection rate of 69%, 58%, 50%, 50% and 40%. The infection rate on face with facial dermatogic diseases were higher than that of the healthy individual (X^2=17.89, P〈0.005). Results showed that the negative conversion rate was 92.72% (329/718), effective rate for the cases showing evident face clamage was 92% after the treatment of OP emul- sion. Conclusion The Democlex infection exsit widly in studens and male was higher than female did. The students with facial dermatogic diseases have a higher infection rate. The infection rate of cheek was higher than other part of face did. OP emulsion is a safe, effective medicament on demodicidosis.
