摘要
健美操运动是高校体育活动的重要方面。但在活动中,屡见不鲜的运动损伤正困扰着学生的身心健康。本文在对健美操运动中运动损伤的主要成因进行深入分析的基础上,提出了处理和预防运动损伤的有关对策。
Aerobic exercise is a very important aspect in college physical activities. The common occurrence physical injures are always puzzling the body and mind health of the students. In this article, based on the thorough analysis of the main cause of formation of physical injures, the author bring forward the related countermeasures to prevent it.
