摘要
文章运用工业工程的基本原理,通过方法研究与时间研究,对电视机生产线的作业方式和内容进行了一系列的改进,提高了生产效率和产品质量,同时也为其他流水线生产作业效率的提高找到了有效的改善方式。
This chapter try to apply the basic principle of industrial engineering, make a series of improved work tor mode and work content of TV production line with method research and time research, developed production efficiency, improved product quality, at the same time found effective way for other production chain.
