建筑工程外墙面抗渗防水技术措施的探讨

The Discussion of Waterproof Technique on Construction's Outer Wall Surface

近年来,高层建筑不断增多,外墙渗漏问题越来越突出,墙面维护难度很大,因此成为业主投诉的热点。笔者分析了建筑工程外墙面渗漏形成的多种原因,从施工实习教学的角度提出了主体工程施工阶段、装饰工程施工阶段等七项行之有效的技术措施。

In recent years, more and more high constructions are built, and problems of seepage on outer wall surface are more and more prominent. The writer of this paper exploits various reasons of the seepage on construction＇ s outer wall surface, proposes seven technique methods from executing practicing and teaching aspects, which are available in main construction and decorate stage.
