摘要
文章以饭店业的国际化竞争为背景,阐述了目前我国饭店业经营的不利因素与优势,并结合我国饭店业发展的比较优势,提出饭店业经营的战略取向,即加强人力资源管理、培育核心能力、提供细节服务、提升品牌张力。
This paper states the present condition and causes of the restaurant business in our country with the internationalized competition of restaurant business as the background. It also poses the tactic direction of restaurant business: strengthen the management of manpower resources, cultivate the core power, supply considerate service, promote the influence of the trademark, in accordance with the relative advantages of our restaurant business.
