双关语是一种较为常见的修辞手法。传统意义上,通常认为双关语是不可译的,但作者认为双关语也具有相当程度的可译性。文章分析了双关语可译性的原因,并通过举例来阐述翻译双关语的具体方法。

Pun is one of the common rhetorical devices. Traditionally, pun is considered to be non - translatable, but the author thinks that pun is translatable at some degree. In this thesis, the author analyses the masons of trabslatability and stimulates some examples to show the methods of pun＇s translation.
