With the rapid development of the computer technology and network technology, higher requirements to the graduate students are presented. This paper discusses the advantages of the application of multimedia technology in graduate teaching, and presents that dealing well with the relation between the multimedia technology and traditional teaching, it can improve the teaching efficiency and promote the teaching reform, is also good for educating the ability of self- study, research and innovation of the graduate.
