摘要
本文对体育投入理论提出背景的研究,表明体育投入理论是党和政府执政为民的需要,是求真务实研究科学理论的需要,是我国体育事业全面、协调、可持续发展的需要,是我国21世纪体育事业发展的需要,是体育理论不断创新的需要。对其理论依据研究显示,体育投入目的和手段、投入和产出总是统一的。
A conditional study has been laid in this article on Sports Input Theory, which is proposed to be the basis for the Party and govemment＇s presentation of service for the people, for the practical research on scientific theories, for the harmonious, sustainable and all - sided developmen of the national sports project, and for the continual innovation in sports theoties. Research on the theoretical evidence shows that sims and approaches, input and output arc uniform in general.
