The synonymous alternative analysis is a kind of rhetorical individual research method which analyses the possible alternative relations between two or over two kinds of language forms （pronunciation, words, sentences, sentenc groups and chapters）. This thesis selects A Collection of Spirits which is a famous monstrous work of Jin dynasty as study object, and applys incomplete induction to individually research semantic characteristics of synonymous alternative rhetoric in A Collection of Spirits , and expects to inquire out some principles of rhetoric phenomena, and provides reliable evidence for the research of rhetoric history.
