河北省相对资源承载力与可持续发展问题研究

Study on the Resource Bearing Capacity and Sustainable development in Hebei

根据相对资源承载力研究方法,以全国、山东省以及世界主要国家为参照区域,计算得出河北省相对土地资源承载力、相对水资源承载力和相对经济资源承载力,分析得出:①河北省土地资源承载力大大高于经济资源承载力和水资源承载力;②河北省土地资源承载力始终处于富余状态,水资源严重超载,经济资源承载力于1997年后呈现富余状态且富余数量逐年增多;③河北省各市资源承载力存在着地域差异。在此基础上提出河北省可持续发展中应注意的几点问题。

The ideas and methods about relative resource bearing capacity are lntroclucecl in this paper. Contrasting the resource bearing capacity in Hebei with the nationwide, Shandong province and worldwide respectively, the relative bearing capacity of land resources, water resources and economic resources from 1990 to 1993 for Hebei have been calculated. It is concluded that： ①The relative bearing capacity of land resources is greater than that of economic resources and water resources, ②The relative bearing capacity of land resources keeps in a plentiful state since 1990. The water resources are scarce and with an over-exploited, the relative bearing capacity of economic resources keeps in the state of relatively plentiful since 1997. ③There exists regional difference for the relative bearing capacity of resources. Based on the studies, some suggestions are proposed for the sustainable development of Hebei province.
