摘要
知识资源是构建欠发达地区中小企业核心能力的基础,知识管理有助于欠发达地区中小企业内部隐性知识的转化和利用,有助于欠发达地区中小企业充分利用外部知识。核心能力的培育必须基于比较优势技能方面的知识积累,培育的重点建立在隐性知识转化和共享的激励机制上。
The knowledge resources are the basis of the core competence for small and medium-sized enterprises in less developed region. Knowledge management not only makes a contribution to the conversion and utilization of the tacit knowledge in enterprises, but also is helpful for the enterprises to make good use of the exterior knowledge. The cultivation of core competence must base off the knowledge accumulation in the comparatively advantageous technology, with its emphasis on the building of the driving mechanism for the converting and sharing of the tacit knowledge.
