Discussion on the Crisis Intervention Theories and Countermeasures for College Students

介绍了大学生心理危机的来源,提出了危机干预的“双模式、双阶段”理论,依据该理论,认为应从针对全体大学生开展普及性教育、优化大学生外部环境等6个方面实现对于大学生心理危机的预防和干预。

The authors have introduced the stressors of college students and the two modes and two stages theories of crisis intervention. According to the theories, the authors consider that there are six countermeasures, such as the popularization education, optimizing the exterior environment, to the prevention and the intervention of the mental crisis.
