基于导数荧光光谱的活体海藻识别方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 用特征光激发低浓度海藻,海藻发出的荧光光谱是海藻色素成分荧光发射的叠加.根据光谱分析理论,用特征激发波长激发出的荧光发射光谱取二阶导数,二阶导数极小值的位置可能与色素成分的荧光峰值相对应.对激发波长为440nm的荧光发射光谱进行二阶导数分析,得到绿藻门的扁藻、小球藻、盐藻在荧光波长674~690nm之间只有一个极小值点,硅藻门的角毛藻、小新月藻有两个极小值点,根据这个特点可以区分含叶绿素b和叶绿素c的海藻. Inspired by low thickness alga with characteristic light, the fluorescence spectrum of alga is the sum of alga pigment ingredient's fluorescence transmitting. Based on spectrum analysis theory, doing two order differential coefficient to fluorescence spectrum which inspired by characteristic wave length, the position of minimum point of two order differential coefficient may corresponding to the fluorescence of peak value of pigment ingredient. This paper does analysis to two order differential coefficient of fluorescence transmit spectrum which's inspire wave length is 440 nm. We got that Tetraselmis chuii, Chlore 11 a vulgaris, Dunaliella salina have only one minimum point between 674-690 nm, haetoceros, Nitzschia closterium have two minimum point, based on this difference we can distinguish alga have chlorophyll b and chlorophyll c.
