广深线准高速客车用F8电空制动装置试验研究(上)

摘要 电空制动装置是广深线准高速列车的关键部件之一。F8电空制动装置经过多次改进,大量试验证明:其紧急制动、常用制动、缓解性能方面均有较大提高,在相同列车条件下,紧急制动距离较空气制动可缩短5%以上;列车纵向冲击加速度可减小27%;提高了列车操纵灵活性。该装置结构简单、紧凑、性能可靠。 Electropneumatic brake is one of the key components applied on Guangshen Line quasi-high speed train. F8 electropneumatic brake,via many times of improvement and proved by a lot of tests, is enhanced considerably in its emergency application, service application and release performances. Under same train conditions,the emergency braking distance is shortened by more than 5% compared with air brakes, the longitudinal impact acceleration in trains can be reduced by 27%, so the flexibility in train operation is enhanced. This device is simple and compact in structure, and reliable in performance.
