浅谈铁路货物列车日常维修制度的改革

Brief Talk about Reformation of the Routine Servicing System for Railway Freight Trains

对我国铁路货物列车日常维修制度的现状进行了分析,提出了将列检到、发两次作业改为始发一次作业的设想,并对该方案的具体实施办法和操作中应注意事项进行了介绍。对经济可行性亦进行了分析。

In this paper, the current conditions of routine servicing system of railway freight trains in our country are analyzed, the envisagement to change twice of inspection on trains arrived and outgoing into once of inspection on trains starting to outgo; and detail implementation of the scheme as well as matters which should be noticed in operation is introduced. Its economic feasibility is also analyzed.
