中国铁道车辆的检修体制及质量控制(上)

对我国铁道车辆的检修体制进行了分析,介绍了我国车辆日常检修和定期修理的情况。对我国目前采取的三个方面的质量控制进行了简单阐述,分析了监督制度、检查制度、验收制度三者之间的关系,认为这三者是相辅相成缺一不可的,是保证车辆修造质量的基本要素。

In this paper,the inspection and repair system of Chinese railway cars is analysed and conditions of routine inspection and repair and regular repair of railway cars in our country are introduced.The three aspects of quality control presently adopted in our country are briefly described,relations among monitoring system,inspection system and repairing system are analysed,and it is considered that three systems are complementary to each other,neither can he omitted,and are basic elements for ensuring the quality of repairing and manufactuing of railway car.
