摘要
设计制作了50层总长为9mm的PMNT单晶叠层驱动器。测试结果表明,PMNT单晶驱动器具有比PZT-5A陶瓷驱动器高2倍的优异应变性能,能满足各种微米-纳米和控制技术的应用需要。
50 layer prototype actuators with individual element size of 5mm ×5mm ×0. 15mm were fabricated under identical processing conditions using two different materials: (1) single crystal 0.70 PMN-0.30PT and (2) commercial PZT-5A ceramics. In contrast to PZT-5A multilayer actuators, the strain values for PMNT crystals actuators are twice between -25 and 200V (0. 240% compared to 0. 121%), and 18.2/μm displacements can been achieved. In addition, the rhombohedral to tetragonal phase transition behavior in PMNT single crystals was dependent which markedly impacted on the strain performance of the crystals.
