血栓消融术治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成护理体会

Experience of nursing care in the treatment of acute deep phlebothrombosis of leg with Amplatz thrombectomy device.

目的:探讨血栓消融术治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理措施。方法:总结52例血栓消融术护理经验,制定详细的术前、术后护理措施。结果:手术效果均获成功,未发生肺动脉栓塞、下腔静脉滤器并发症、溶栓导管并发症及出血倾向。结论:血栓消融术治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成具有创伤小、安全性高、恢复快等优点,能有效防止血栓近期复发。

Objective： To explore the nursing measures in the treatment of acute deep phlcbothrombosis of leg with Amplatz thrembectomy device. Methods： The experience of nursing care was summarized in the treatment of acute deep phlebothrombosis of leg with Amplatz thrombectomy device. The preoperative and postoperative nursing measures were planed in detail. Results： All operations were successful and no pulmonary embolism, the complications of inferior vena cava filter and thrombolytic catheter and bleeding occurred. Conclusion： Amplatz thmmbcctomy device has more advantages such as mild wound, safety, easy recovery and prevention of recurrence.
