摘要
企业改革、改制,员工的思想状况发生了显著的变化,调查了解、分析研究员工的思想状况,发现其中存在的矛盾和问题,并且有针对性地加以解决,成了企业持续快速健康发展的一项关键任务。本文通过对改制后南钢员工的思想状况的调查分析,捕捉员工思想动态和心理需求,提出了建设性的意见和对策。
Employees' ideas have changed a lot since the mechanism transformation of enterprise. It is the key task to find the contradictions and problems and try to solve them by investigating and analyzing the status of employees' ideas, which relates whether the enterprise can keep developing rapidly and healthly or not. Some suggestions are put forward based on the investigating and catching dynamics of employees' ideas after the mechanism transformation .
