摘要
青年人才是企业持续发展的中坚和未来,改制后南钢的人力资源正处在整合之中。由于钢铁企业的特殊性,青工占了总人数的70%,使得青年人才运营成为人力资源管理的重中之重。必须从技能培训、薪酬奖励、上升空间及信念激励等多方面入手,营造出一个人人是才、人人尽才的宽松环境,才能使人力资源形成良性循环,释放出最大的叠加效应。
The young talents are the backbones and future of keeping an enterprise developing. The human resources at Nangang are in integration after the mechanism transformation. Because of particularity in iron and steel industry, the number of young employees accounts for 70 percent of the total at Nangang, the operation of the young talents becomes more and more important. We must try to build a good environment from skill training, salary reward, promotion space and faith motivation, in which everyone is a talent and tries to show his talent in his work, consequently the human resources management can enter into a virtuous circle and great efficiency can be made.
