This paper is to analyse the impact of information technology over modern commercial bank＇ s realization of scale economy ; Pointing out ： the modem communication technology and information network has been more and move applied in the operation of modem commercial bank system ,enabling the level of information technology to be pushed to an unprecealented space. This has profoundly changed the management notion, model, method and procedure, broadening the managing boundary of bank. To morefully use the information technology in order to improve the management level,making it to be compatibie with bank management, to realize the mordemization of bank management.
