银杏外种皮提取液对几种蔬菜和花卉病原菌的抑制效应研究

Inhibition of extract from exopleura of Ginkgo biloal L. on pathogens of some economic crops

用银杏外种皮提取液进行室内抑菌和田间防病试验．结果表明,0.75 g·ml^(-1)的银杏外种皮提取液对供试6种病菌菌丝生长的抑制率为100％。0.15 g·ml^(-1)的银杏外种皮提取液对白菜炭疽病菌、辣椒炭疽病菌、象脚丝兰炭疽病菌、甘蓝黑斑病菌、白菜黑斑病菌、茄子白绢病菌菌丝生长抑制率分别为78.5％、76.8％、74.5％、65.0％、63.6％、57.2％。0.075 g·ml^(-1)的银杏外种皮提取液对供试6种病菌菌丝生长的抑制效果不很理想。0.75g·ml^(-1)的银杏外种皮提取液在室外防治象脚丝兰炭疽病的防治效果为63.09％。

Anti-fungal effeeiency of extract from exopleura of Ginkgo biloba L. on pathogens of some economic crops was evaluated in the present study. Results showed that the inhibition rates reached 100 percent to mycelial growth of the six fungal species on the potato dextrose agar containing 0. 75 g · ml^-1 extract. The mycelial growth inhibition rates of Colletotrichum sp. , C. nigrum, C. higgisiahum. , Alternaria oleralea, A. brassicae, Pelllcularia rolfs＇ii were 78.5%,76.8%, 74.5%,65.0%,63. 6%,57.2% respectively by the extract at concentration of 0.15 g · ml^-1（on PDA）. While the control efficiencies of extract at the concentration of 0.75 g · ml^-1 was only 63.09% for Colletotrichum sp. in Yucca elephantipes.
