摘要
2004~2005年对9个橄榄品种的耐寒性进行了研究,结果表明抗寒性较强的品种为丁香;抗寒性中等的品种为羊矢、葡萄、长营、自来圆、惠圆;抗寒性较弱的品种为檀香、刘族本、冬至圆。超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量与品种的耐寒性呈正相关。
Studies were made to probe the difference in cold tolerance among 9 Chinese olive (Canarium album Raeusch) varieties. The results indicated that Dingxiang had the best cold tolerance, Tanxiang, Liuzhuben, Dongzhiyuan had the weak cold tolerance, Yangshi, Putao, Changying, Zilaiyuan, Huiyuan were between them. Superoxide dismutase, catalase and peroxidase activities, content of soluble protein and soluble sugar were positively correlated with the cold tolerance of Chinese olive cultivars.
