投资整备期跨国公司在华R&D策略调整分析

The Strategic Adjustment of R&D about Multinational Corporations during the Investment Stage of Reorganization and Preparation in China

在经济全球化的趋势下,跨国公司随着发展阶段的推进不断加大对我国的投资力度,在投资整备期,跨国公司为了巩固和完成其整体战略布局,加大了研发投资力度,调整对华R&D投资策略,培养本土化的技术人才和管理人才,从而实现跨国公司R&D全球化与本土化的互动。本文从五个方面分析了整备期跨国公司在华的R&D投资策略的调整趋势,指出这种调整对我国产生的负面影响,并提出了相应的对策。

Along with the changing of development phase, the multinational corporations enlarge their investment in China under the tendency of economic globalization. In the reorganization and preparation stage, in order to complete and consolidate their overall strategic layout, multinational corporations adjust their strategy of R＆D investment, such as increasing research and development investment, raising localized technical and managerial personnel, thus realize the interaction between localization and globalization of multinational corporations R＆D investment. This paper analyzes the tendency of adjustment of multinational corporations＇ R＆D investment in China from five aspects and its negative influence on China, and then proposes the corresponding countermeasure.
