2006年要继续认真执行“七项断然措施”，深入贯彻落实“十二项治本之策”，从以下十个方面积极有效地抓好煤矿安全监察工作。

In 2006 work safety responsibility will be separated into different parts and shared by enterprises, govern- mental departments concerned and governments at all levels,and will be set as an important component of political and career performance examinations.Investigations will be made into neglect or dereliction of duty by civil servants,into abuse of power for private gains,bureaucrat- merchant collusion, power-and- money trade-off and other corrup- tion practices.Supervisory law en- forcement will be strengthened;so will be publicity and education,and whole society safety awareness.
