摘要
提前修通兰新铁路双线疏乌段的成功经验是：有高效精干的组织机构及开拓务实的领导集体；制定并不断完善其施工进度总图，有效地控制了工期的进度；决策正确果断，采取了组织攻坚会战、倒排工期、人、机铺轨结合的有效措施；站场改造先抓试点，取得经验后，全面铺开；采用以劳动竞赛、工程项目承包负责制等激励手段，调动广大员工的生产热情；发挥双线指挥部各专业组室的职能作用，强化服务意识。
The successful experiences of com-pleting the Shuwu section of the double track Lan-Xin railway are as follows:. (1) there was an efficient and capable organization and a pioneering and practical leading group; (2) laying and improving continuously the construction progress chart, thus controlling effectively the construction progress; (3) making correct and resolute decisions, organizing mass campaign, setting construction schedules in reversed order, and laying track by both worker and machine; (4) carrying out pilot program of yard renovation first, and then implementing widely; (5) adopting encouragement mechanism, such as emulation campaign and project contract system to bring the enthusiam of workers into play; and (6) playing the role of each division of the project headquarters and strengthening service function.
