摘要
本文应用试验模态分析技术分析了一例由于传动轴临界转速偏低而造成的高速行驶时动力总成断裂事故。讨论了传动系统模态试验中传动轴支承间隙对试验的影响。提出了正确的试验方法,并用转鼓试验进行验证。
This paper uses experimental modal analysis method to analyze a drive line fracture accident due to the insufficient critical speed of the drive shaft when the vehicle runs at high speed. The influence of backlash in drive line on the modal test is discussed. Finally, the correct test method is given and verified by dynamometer test.
