摘要
本文提出的无筋式预应力路面,用永久夹埋在路面板中的组合装置对路面板施加预应力;用埋在路基中的桩与部分路面板结合提供反力;用约束件防止板的拱起破坏;用与组合装置连通的液压蓄压器控制板的预应力量。组合装置、桩、约束件都预先安设在路基或基层上/中;用连续式摊铺机一次完成路面板浇筑和板与各设施的连接;预加应力操作仅是把液体泵入组合装置中。这一新技术可用于水泥混凝土或有足够抗压强度的其它材料所构成的路面。
The present tendon-free prestressed pavement comprises apparatus permanently embedded in the pavement slabs for prestressing the slabs, piles embedded in the subgrade and connecting with certain slabs for resisting the prestress force, restraints fixed in the slabs and subgrade for preventing the slab buckling,and hydraulic accumulators communicated with the apparatus for controlling the prestress. The apparatus, piles and restraints are all pre-installed on/in subbase/subgrade; one pass of a continuously paving machine completes slab casting and connections of the slabs and facilities; prestressing operation is mainly pumping fluid into the apparatus. This new technique is suitable to pavements of concrete and of other materials having sufficient compressive strengths.
