两千多年前的唐代,南蒲(万县)已有大曲,两千多年后,四川万县人鲍念荣却要到泸州买回 400年历史的窖泥母糟。这期间,万县的大曲酿造史发生过怎样的变迁?
In the Tang Dynasty, some 2000 years ago .there was Daque, a distiller's yeast in Nanpu Town (Today's Wanxian City ), But after 2000 years or more ,Bao Lianrong a native of Wanxian , Sichuan Province has to go to Luzhou City to buy the maternal yeast growing on the cellar clay with a history of 400 years , Nobody can tell what changes took place in the Daque brewing history of Wanxian during this long period of time.
