摘要
以一端封闭的单壁碳纳米管为研究对象,把碳纳米管的结构看作是由长径比很大的导体圆筒和半球壳构成的理想模型.利用其结构的空间对称性,计算出该理想模型半球壳顶端附近的电场表达式,并对电场特性作简单分析.
The structure of single-walled carbon nanotubes used as the ideal model is composed of a half conductor cylinder and hemisphere shell that has long slenderness ratio. With the structure symmetry, the expressions of the electric-field on the point of a half conductor cylinder are given, and the electric-fieht characteristics are analyzed.
