The integration of human resources in the field of P.E. by optimizing the organization and allocation of it intends to bring great benefits and realize resources sharing. First the paper analyses the current situation of human resources integration in amalgamated Universities and firds out some problems. Then, in order to make more valnable opinions to come into being, the paper puts forward some advice to farther optimize the integration of P.E. human resources.
