摘要
近几年,系统测试性设计在国内已逐步引起人们的重视,并在某些工程上得到初步应用;针对目前国内缺乏有效的系统测试性设计分析和评估工具情况,文章提出一种基于多信号模型的系统测试性设计分析和评估方法;通过简单电路的功能分析,从系统的多信号模型建立、测试性设计分析和测试性诊断能力评估三个方面,介绍了系统的测试性设计分析与诊断能力的评估,对完成新研武器系统测试性的并行设计和综合诊断能力的量化评估将起到一定的参考价值。
Testability has been playing important role on weapon system designing in industry recent year. In order to improve the system testability and get well testability, a new approach to analyze and evaluate system testability based on multi-signal model is proposed. With a simple circuit function analysis, the process of system testability analyzing and evaluating, including system's multi-signal model construetion, testability design and capability evaluation of diagnosing, is also introduced in detail.
