In the course of the teaching of ＂Fundamentals of Analog Circuits＂, the students have some difficulties in learning FET. Based on the author＇s long-term teaching practice and study, from the students＇ learning law, the author summarizes a good teaching method, which turns out to be ver＇y effective for the students＇ comprehension of the FET. The teacher can give more information about the FET in one class and the students can have a better command of the knowledge.
