摘要
用k-ε两方程模型建立了锡液流动的数学模型,通过分析锡槽窄段的锡液流动情况,提出了一种回流量的确定方法,并运用这种方法研究了锡槽窄段玻璃板下和板外的回流量之比(简称回流比).结果表明:回流比与锡槽深度并非线性关系,基于耗锡量、能量、清除锡灰等工作的总投入最低的原则,存在一个最优的槽深范围.
The three-dimensional k-ε two-equation model of molten flow was established. The ratio between the recirculation beneath the glass sheet and that beside the sheet was studied based on a specific determination method of recirculation. The results show that the ratio is not linear with the depth of tin bath. According to design principle of low gross costs of tin, energy and workload of cleaning out dross, there exits an optimum depth range of tin bath.
