中国WTO后过渡期电信监管问题研究

Research on Telecom Regulation in the Post Transition Period of WTO in China

WTO入世文件中涉及到电信业的文件对我国电信法制建设、电信管制机构的监管能力提出了新要求,对我国电信市场的竞争格局也将产生深远影响。通过介绍WTO电信监管基本规则、我国电信监管面临的挑战,提出后WTO时代改善电信监管的相关措施。

The WTO rules concerning telecom industry put forward new requirement to our teleeom legal construction and the regulation ability of telecom regulation institutions, meanwhile they will bring significant influence on the competition pattern of our teleeom market. After introducing the basic rules of WTO teleeom regulation and the challenges faced by our telecom supervision, this article puts forward relevant measures to improve the teleeom supervision in post WTO period.
