森林防火林带控制面积问题的探讨

通过对森林防火林带控制面积的探讨得出如下结论：①合适的森林防火林带控制面积有利于预防和控制森林火灾,充分发挥目的林分正常的生态经济功能；②森林可燃物类型及火险等级是确定控制面积的主要因素；③林带控制面积要考虑森林火灾的扑救能力,扑救能力越强,控制面积越大；④目的林分的生态经济价值对林带控制面积起约束作用,林分的生态经济价值必须远大于林带的建设成本；⑤法定的森林火灾程度等级是控制面积参考的基数,林带应尽量使林火控制在不成灾的水平。

Bascd on research into control area of forcst firebrcak belt, the paper gave results as follows ①A suitablc control area would be favorable to prevent and control fire and gave full play to usual eco-economic function of the forest stand. ②Thc type of forest fuel and dcgree of fire danger were main factors to deter. mine the control area. ③The ability of putting out a fire must be considered when a control area was determincd, stronger of the ability, and larger of the control area.④Thc eco-cconomic value of purpose stand restrained the control area of thc fircbreak belt. Thc eco-economic valuc of the stand should be far higher than the cost of firebrcak construction. ⑤A legal dcgrec of forcst fire was the reference cardinal number of the control area, the firebreak should control the fire within a level of no calamity.
