摘要
本文研究了制备乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷的一种新工艺—以三乙氧基氢硅和乙炔为原料，在二氯双三苯基磷合铂的催化作用下，一步加成制得标题产物。
This paper describes the new process of preparation of vingtriet hoxysilane, that is title product which made from triethoxyxilane and acetylene by one step addition reaction in the presence of ptcl2,(pph3)2 as catalyst.
